**Upon Plea of guilty to a violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 2925.11(A), the Court will suspend the Offender's driver's or commercial driver's license for six (6) months. If the offender is a professionally licensed person the Court will transmit a certified copy of the judgment entry of convictions to the regulatory of licensing board or agency that has the administrative authority to suspend or revoke the offender's professional license, or if a attorney-at-law, the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court of Ohio and to the disciplinary Counsel or the President, Secretary, and Chairman of the Stark County Bar Association Grievance Committee.
